Already dressed in my tight, shiny, thong-backed leotard, I zip up my black leather high-heeled boots. And I'm ready to take down the wicked Mr Iles tonight, in an epic wrestling match that I'm certain to win.

However, I need to be prepared. To make sure that I can wrestle him into submission, I need to stretch out my legs, work on my flexibility, and ensure my muscle tone is up to the challenge.

So I go to work, stretching my long limbs out, doing the splits, and performing high kicks in my brief leotard and high heeled boots, while clearly brimming with excited anticipation for my evening's battle!
