This clip is a sequel to 'Landlord gets feminised and pegged' The Landlord is back again asking Mistress Terra for his rent which she refuses to give. She knows he is a sissy and will tell everyone about it unless he does as she says. She decides to show him her brand new Range Rover which she bought by not paying the rent. She dresses him as a sissy, drives him out into the countryside and pegs him in her new car.
