A young FBI investigating the mysterious death of secret assassins that target villains abroad leads her to the home of a powerful Senator where she hopes to apprehend and arrest Sardonis, the Chairman of the now defunct Black Widow Assassins. Hoping to make a name for herself, she tells no one of her discovery for fear of having the job taken away from her. Trying to take him alone, she is deceived and ends up dead.
