Hey teacher, thanks for meeting with me! I wanted to talk to you bout my grade in your classroom. I'm REALLY struggling to get my grade up in your class and I really want to graduate on time. I try really, really HARD to do good in your class but for some reason I just can't focus. If there is anything, anything at all I can do for extra credit just let me know!
